Attorney Taylor is a lifelong resident of Cape Cod. She attended Barnstable High School, graduated from Dartmouth College in 1987 and earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1993. She is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts state courts as well as the U. S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Notable Successes
One of Attorney Taylor’s most notable successes is a 2007 judgment in excess of $775,000 in an eminent domain action against the Town of Barnstable, which was reported in Massachusetts Lawyers’ Weekly. In that case, Attorney Taylor represented a client whose property was taken by eminent domain without adequate compensation. Attorney Taylor overcame numerous attempts by the Town to dismiss the case before prevailing at trial. The Town of Barnstable never made a single settlement offer in that case.
Community Roles
A resident of Barnstable, Attorney Taylor currently serves as President of the Dartmouth College Club of Cape Cod. She is also Dartmouth’s long time District Enrollment Director for Cape Cod and the Islands. In the past, Attorney Taylor served as both a Director and Vice President of the Hyannisport Club and Director of the Barnstable Historical Society.
